I had a great experience here. They gave me a great deal on tires. When i got there i was pleased to see a clean shop with nice employees. They got me in and out fast. I am coming back soon to get a custom grill for my truck. Im never going anywhere else for tires. If you go to the chains your going to get ripped off. Trust me!

the worst ever!!!

the guys at dynasty are real funny they will tell you one thing and they words are not promising because i order sumthang for my rims and the day it suppose to had came it didnt and so they prolong me in what i had to do but five days later it was here. my point is be careful and assure when u dealing wit them cuz they will get you and i agree they customer service do sucks.

Best deal on rims and tires!

These guys hooked me up on some 22"s for my Tahoe! Service was excellent,even threw in some lug nuts! I would highly recommend Dynasty to anyone who wants a great deal on tires and rims!

Horrible customer service

I was referred to this place by someone else and the customer service sucks big time. I entered and the guy that was there did not even acknowledge me. No, I'll be right with you, give me a sec....no nothing. He just continued talking to the other customer. The person I was referred to Gil who walked in, seemed nice. The work was horrible, I drove out of state and my tires were wobbly the entire trip. And the tire were not even new...they slapped on some used tires on my vehicle. Never will return or refer anyone to this place. To the guy there, don't know his name and don't care too....It pays to be a bit nicer...your attitude stinks!

About a week ago, I took my Chrysler M300 to Dynasty Customs to get a set of 22” Dub Mogus and a set of Lexani tires. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about all their systems and equipment that I also decided to get an Eng aftermarket grill, a set of H&R racing springs and Kenwood audio system. Then, when I heard about their great pricing on window tinting, four windows for $95, I just had to have it done!I would have thought for sure the car would have to stay at the shop for at least a week!!! But your guys had me on the road that very night. I guess it pays to have everything in stock! I want to thank Gilbert for being so helpful. And I definitely appreciated the hands-on customer service that the owner provided.
