Very bad customer service but usually very good food. My wife and I have been getting takeout from the Plum Tree for a couple of years on a semi- regular basis on our way to work. The food is above par for most chinese restaurants in the area. tonight has put an end to our ever eating there again. I orderded a dish called the Happy Family, beef, scallops, shrimp, chicken and roast pork. when I got to work and went to eat this dish I found no scallops and some fake krabmeat. I really can't stand the fake stuff and called to express my concern to the girl working the counter. She said wait and I will ask the chef and when she returned her comment was chef say you lie, he did not use fake krabmeat , he use scallops. I could not believe that they would say that to a customer. I asked if she was going to replace the dish since they do deliver to where I work and she hung up. So my advise to all is, DON"T EAT THERE.
