What can I say about Dr. Goodnight and the Goodnight Girls... They are fantastic!!! After being told my son needed braces by his primary dentist and being referred to orthodontics. I was discouraged by the cost and the experience. As a single mother you want the best for your child no matter the expense but the experience I had at these other orthodontics' offices were unpleasant. I felt it was not about correcting my son’s teeth but about getting the money as soon as they could. My son and I were dollar signs. After researching I found Dr. Goodnight and I am so glad I did. On our first visit my son was greeted with a welcome sign!! I thought this was cute and the fact they took the time to do this was a nice gesture . My first visit was with Jen and Dr. Goodnight. Dr. Goodnight was very nice to both my son and I. My son was anxious about getting braces but Dr. Goodnight was very friendly and explained to BOTH of us what steps were needed. After we spoke to Jen who was very nice and explained everything for me in great detail (I asked TONS of questions) about my cost and the payment plans they offer. Every appointment was as pleasant as my first. If my son had any issues with his braces they were a phone call away and more than willing to help even after business hours. One of the girls had to talk me down from the ledge after the first time I had to turn the expander in my son’s mouth. I would recommend them any and everybody and I do!! This is my first review on a business but it was a long time coming. THANK YOU DR. GOODNIGHT AND TEAM!!

I like the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. Everyone has been so nice, available to answer questions or concerns. A family atmosphere.

Dr. Goodnight's office makes not only treatment but everything so convenient. My braces were placed on last month and I was unsure of when my first payment would be due. After thinking about it I logged into their online system and clicked on payment information. Everyhting was right there at my finger tips including my next appointment date and time too. I love it! I wish every healthcare office had this.

Highly recommended!!!. Dr. Goodnight has treated all 3 of my kids and they have awesome smiles! Well, 1 is still not quite finished, but is almost there. His office worked with us financially since we have 3 kids who needed braces. Thank you, Dr. Goodnight and staff!

Great orthodontist. I was referred to Dr Goodnight by my dentist and then found out a lot of my friends children had gone to him for braces too. He has a great staff that are always willing to help in any way. Dr Goodnight is very knowledgable and my daughter's teeth are perfect now. I would recommend to anyone seeking an orthodontist for themselves or their children.

Attention read before use services. My insurance paid almost a 1000 for first and only visit to this doctor and there is a balance of 275.00 that I could not pay because lot mu job and insurance and this is what I got from " the doctor himself " ill be happy to forward the original email to anyone who would be interested.

Funny, I was looking through old emails and came across this one. Kind of odd that you claimed in your email "that you will not leave us with the bill hanging", "that you will not ignore this bill", and "please trust me". Those comments are comical, seeing as you have not responded to any of our efforts to contact you. What a great example of a parent you are to your daughter, XXXXXX. I hope for her sake she does not know her mother enjoys being a fraud and stealing from local businesses. I don't care how much it costs me to make sure I make this outstanding bill a pain for you in court. Be prepared to be issued with a summons soon and when you do not show up, I will be awarded the full amount of the contract. It only costs me a little to file the claim. Any time the rest of your life that you try to buy a car or house, my money comes to me first with interest at 10% per year, according to the courts. By not returning for treatment for XXXXX, you are also putting her health in harm's way. She could lose her teeth if not treated. Hope you sleep well at night and hope XXXXX does not learn from her mother.
