Avoid this salon. The staff is inattentive and rude. From the moment you walk in, you feel that you are being rushed back out. I personally described the haircut that I wanted and received nothing close. I was extremely descriptive. Not only will I not return to this salon, I do not recommend it to anyone. This salon is placed in a location that says quality and sophistication, unfortunately it does not live up to that standard. The staff was so busy talking about each other and customers that they neglect their customers.
