HORRBILE EVERYTHING. I have nothing good to say about this place!~ Management is rude and could careless what maintenance issues need to be taken care of in a timely manor (ex: it took 2mnths for my dryer to get fixed after i called them and told them it was smelling like a dead rodant!) The maintance team themselves act like they dont have any common sense. The gates aren't ever closed,"due to someone threated to run their car through them"- str8 from the managers mouth to myself and another elderly lady that was asking about them. Stay away from here! You have to be home between 7 & 8 inorder to get a parking spot near or even close to your apt building. Go else where if you know what is best!…
Great Affordable Community. Mariners Cove Apartments is a very nice community. The apartments are beautiful inside and out. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend taking a look at the apartments if you are interested in a good living enviorment.…
Horrible Place to live!. Please do not commit yourself to this place. It looks nice but is horrible. From upper ownership, The Cornerstone Group down to the property management, whom ever it is that month. This place is very unprofessional and uncaring once you are tied in to a lease. They allegedly plea and bribe their way out of legal issues when tenants complain. Stay away there are plenty of other properties.…
