This place is a complete JOKE !!!! what kind of spa has their staff write reviews to make them look good. They have sleazy sales gimmicks and lie on groupon and living social their prices are a joke !!!! They have a HUGE staff and the staff they do have needs to take a few classes on SPA ETIQUETTE !!!! Please learn how to be professional !!!!

This spa is a waste of time and money.

To the post below me...I believe I was there when you were there and I saw everything while waiting for my ife to finish her services...How DARE you come on here and belittle and badmouth a spa that was trying to comfort you and trying to solve the problem that you had while you were there. I heard everything that was going on. The manager was professional and corteous with you and all you did was yell and curse like you were a damn diva. You bought a groupon at 1/3 of the price you make it seem like they owe you more than they have to. Good thing they have security cameras for people like you. I gave the manager my # in case she needs a witness against you. I saw everything and you are not telling the story correct...shame on you. Avalon is a great place, and my wife and I will continue to come here many many times. Know how to act in a medical spa...
