Love my styles and the relaxing ambiance. I have been a customer of Monica Ponce since even before she had her own salon. I have followed her up to this day. She is a great stylist, fabulous color specialist and recently i had a keratine treatment and it was awsome. I highly recomend her and the entire salon. Also the staff at Muse do a lot of charity work which is great and of course the best part is the fact that i get to enjoy the paintings that are displayed at the salon, giving new artist the opportunity to show and sell their art. So everything is great..

Best Salon!!!!. Monica is AWESOME!!!!!! I have been everywhere from Frederic Fekkai, to Jeffrey Stein Salon. I just moved from NYC and I was terrified to try a new stylist but Monica really impressed me. Also the prices were VERY reasonable! ( I fraction of what I’m used to paying NYC ) She is a genuine person and my hair looks amazing.

awesome service. I love Muse Hair Group It's so chic, welcoming and different. . The stylists are all real muses who do things different from any other place I’ve been in Tampa (and I’ve been to a lo t of salons) They are educated, professionals and they work together! This is a plus for me. Here I felt that everyone was looking for my best interest, no gossiping, not snobbishness.

Monica was my stylist; She took me from brunette to blonde and i loved the results and when i wanted to go back to my natural color she did it in two visits and kept my hair healthy Plus she thought me how to take care of it and how to style it.

I highly recommend this place, The best in Tampa.

Wonderful experience. love to pamper myself especially in this economic situation. My friend goes to Monica at Muse Hair Group. She's raved about her for years. I made an appt. for a cut and highlights (even got 10% off) She was kind and communicative as was everyone there. We chatted while she meticulously highlighted my hair and gave me tips in how to maintain my color fresh and my hair healthy. Time went by quickly. the results were beautiful, shiny color and a bob with soft layers. I feel so great. I look forward to coming back. Its nice to have a fulfilling experience at a hair salon

Worst Customer Service Ever!. I had the Victor Cappola Hair Straightener. Followed all instructions (my 2nd time). It did not take like the first time. I call the salon and stopped in. Christina wanted to give a refund from her own pocket to which I said "No". Monica Ponce who is the owner was rude, disrespectful and no customer service skills. She accused me of washing my hair too soon; sweating while I worked out (I don't work out) and washing it with the wrong shampoo, etc. She would not give me a refund. She wanted to re do my hair---not acceptable. I have had so many bad hairdos. I don't want my hair to break off. I don't trust them. Monica also did bad color on my daughter's hair. She also has not gone back. She also promised to send me an email with a discount to have it redone in a few months. Never received it. Would never recommend this salon to anyone!

Best Color Ever!. I started going to Monica a little over a year ago and I have never had anyone do my highlights as well as she does them! My color always looks fresh and my hair feels so healthy. In the past, I didn?t know this was possible. I thought that my dry hair was the price I had to pay for my blond hair, but not anymore. She recommended some really great products to help get my blonde hair back into shape and i have never had longer, shinier or healthier hair than i do now! Monica is the best at her cuts and colors, you should def give her a try!

Wonderful stylist!. First time seeing Monica, and overall very impressed. Haircut was great (she gave me the exact bangs I asked for), and although the highlights did not go as planned, I was very pleased with the way she handled the situation.

My hair turned out to be a bit more damaged than either one of us realized (from another stylist's botched job and my own wizardry with a box of Clairol) so the highlights and color simply didn't take properly and I was not happy with the results. She agreed with me, explained what had happened and apologized for not realizing sooner that my hair was so damaged. She explained that with the condition my hair was in, bleach, the only solution to removing the botched color I walked in with, would be too damaging to my hair, and suggested coloring my hair an all-over dark brown. I agreed, and the result was great--very pretty chocolate brown and my hair now looks really shiny & healthy.

I thought Monica was very personable, and liked the way she explained everything to me. I also appreciated the way she insisted that we fix my hair before I left the salon instead of returning another day (my appt was @ 2pm and we were there until 7pm). She really didn't want me to leave until I was happy with the way I looked--most stylists could care less.

I would definitely recommend Monica to anyone. She is one of the few stylists that I've been to over the years that I have been truly impressed with.

I will always recomend your place to anyone that wants to feel the same way, satisfied and beautiful. Once again thank you guys for being there for me when i needed you the most and for making me look this good. ;-)

Great hair salon. Great hair salon. Monica always gives a fantastic haircut. This is a warm, friendly, comfortable, artistic salon. I would highly recommend this salon.

Best Color Salon!. Monica Ponce has been my hair stylist for teh past 10 years! Always willing to go the extra mile when needed or to fit an appointment in for me. Her knowledge of color is outstanding, always keeping up with new products and knowing what to recommend on my hair. I highly recommnend LOOK hair Salon!
