Amazing Massage!. Loy is amazing! I have had massages (Relaxation and Pea in a Pod) and a facial with her and have loved every second of each service. She listens to your needs and adjusts the service based on your requests. I’ve visited many spas in Tampa and Nourish is, by far, the best.

Love this spa!. Conveniently located off Dale Mabry, I came to this spa because the prices are great. My first impression of this spa was great. It is a relaxing boutique spa, and the facial/microdermasion by Loy was just outstanging. She has my business from now on out!

Great Massage. I was a little wary when I drove up to a house converted to a business. When I went inside I was greeted by the masseuse that was working on me. She was very friendly and asked what I liked (I was six months pregnant at the time and she was very accomodating). She listened to what I wanted and concentrated on the areas that I said needed extra work. I would definitely go back to her. I like good strong pressure, but nothng that hurts and she was very good.

The facial was another story. I think I did not enjoy the experience simply because I was pregnant and had to lay on my back for an hour. The touching of my face made me feel clausterphobic and like I couldn't breate, however, she was very accomodating again, saying I could change positions, stop what we were doing, etc. if I felt uncomfortable.

The temperature of the room was nice, not freezing like most places. I would definitely go back.

Best Spa in Tampa. I have been going to Loy for years for massages and facials. She does the best facials I have ever had and my skin looks great. I just went to the dermatologist and she commented my face is looking better each year. If you have not gone I really recommend going. If you can get the package with the massage you will truely be relaxed. Enjoy.

Best results from a facial in Tampa!. Loy has been doing microdermabrasions on my face for the past year. Not only have I seen a huge improvement on my skin, but it is always such a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Relaxing atmosphere and wonderful customer service. My friends and I found Time To Relax on city search and decided to try it out during our vacation in Tampa. From the very beginning, Loy was wonderful. She worked with me to find a time for all three of us to come in for 60 minute massages. The massages were so relaxing and all of the employees were warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was terrific with candles and soothing music. None of us wanted to leave! After the massages we were allowed to take our time getting dressed and given a bottle of water on the way out. You MUST check out their website, it has details about all of their services. Don't forget to check out their specials as well (they had a special for 2 one hour massages for $80 when we went, and Loy was a doll and let our third person have that rate as well). This will definately a must for our next visit in Tampa!

So Great ....I Keep Going Back Every Month. I was never one to get massages, but after I received a Gift Certificate for my birthday I find myself going back often for massages(love love the Hot Stone Massage & Yummy Buns Retreat), facials, and waxing. The best brazilian I ever had. I recommend them repeatedly to friends and family.

Extremely Relaxing, Incredible Massage and Facials. Time To Relax is in my neighborhood in South Tampa and with all the places to go for spa services, this is one of the places if you really want to unwind without feeling like everyone is in your space. Loy, Gina and Deborah all make me feel welcome, they give really really top of the line services every time I go there. If you want really firm pressure that is Loy and Gina, Deborah is great at the milder touch.

Very soothing music, I love the way it is decorated, I love the fact that they offer me tea and cookies to warm my body before my treatment and the table is so comfortable, I never want to get up after my massage or facial. The issues I had with my face are getting much better after several treatments with Loy. She does not push products at me, but only seem to recommend what she thinks will benefit me.

I would highly recommend services at Time To Relax

Best Massage & Facial I Ever Had. Awesome is the word I would use to describe Time To Relax. From the moment I entered I was greeted with smiling faces, offered a cup of green tea and was allowed to relax for 5 minutes before my 90 minute massage. It was worth every minute and more. I have since gone back over 5 more times and highly recommend Loy and Gina to my friends and family. The place was beautifully decorated, warm, cozy and soothing, you must try it.
