Great Japanese Restaurant... Don't pass this one by. My husband and i had passed by this restaurant several times before stopping in to try it. Upon entering, it's new, clean, well decorated and the staff is quick to meet, greet, seat and feed you. The food is outstanding. We eat there alot and have never had anything other than an excellent meal... although they did forget the volcanoe once :=( The cooks cook right in front of you. Some interact with the customers better than others, but they are all excellent cooks. Food is plentiful, my husband loves the Margaritas. We don't eat sushi, so i can't comment on that. One suggestion would be to bring a sweater or light jacket since the updraft from the fans over the cooking areas have a tendency to make the place a little cold. Other than that, this is a wonderful dining experience for adults as well as kids. One kid was crying when we were there, the noise of the chef's utensils and his interaction with her had her mesmerized and no more tears.
Awesome!. I can't say enough good things about Nagoya. The food is terrific. Not only is the hibachi top notch (as good or better than Benihana or any other Japanese Steakhouse I've been to), but the sushi is excellent. I have taken many, many sushi lovers to this hidden gem, declaring that the Angry Roll is the best roll I have ever had... every single one of them has agreed. Service is also very good and very attentive. Once again, spread the word...outside appearance and location can be a little deceiving, but this place is one of my all time favorites!
Editorial Review by Citysearch Editors. At this traditional Japanese steakhouse, hibachi steaks and seafood are prepared tableside for patrons entertainment. Also specialize in sushi.
BEST SUSHI!. This place was outstanding! The sushi was VERY fresh and the filet mignon w/ lobster was out of this world. I had the angry roll, bagel roll, spicy tuna hand roll and the long island roll, all were great. Did I mention how good the mixed drinks and saki were? I would highly recommend this place to anyone that loves sushi, fried rice, steak, shrimp, vegetables,lobster... they cook everything in front of you on a teppanyaki style griddle (healthy cooking as well)
BEST HIBACHI & SUSHI!!. This restaurant was questionable for me at first. I use to drive 40 minutes to eat at Jo-To's in Brandon, which was the only 'good cook in front of you' steakhouse. I truely discovered a rare gem, this place not only had the best filet, lobster and shrimp but the sushi is unbelievable in quality. They have a variety of special rolls that other restaurants do not have. I highly recommend the ANGRY ROLL. Everything here is just great, the staff is very friendly and I have developed a relationship with them. The sushi is very fresh and definately stands out from other restaurants. While not being a very well known restaurant yet due to its concealed location in Town N Country, this is definately a place you will come back to after you try it once! I eat there 3 times a week!
