Community pool. I initialy met with and accepted four bids for the renevation of our associations swimming pool. The company owner came out (Cody) and he was very personable and polite. Bids were taken on an equal basis as to what we wanted done. Interier marquis finish with colorful tile around the inside top border along with pavers and coping tiles around the exterier areas. Posh wasnt the least expensive but that is not what we were looking for, they were in the middle but in the end gave us more for our money. Everyone within our association is very satisfied. Posh also came out the first two cleanings and regulated the PH as promised. We use them to maintain our new pool now and they are the best we have used.

Travertine deck. Competitive pricing. Good work. Responded to any calls or concerns quickly. Had a project manager contact me every day. Rare in Florida compared to my other experiences they did a very good job. The only complaint I can think of is I wish they would have offered sealing the travertine as part of the original proposal. 5 stars all the way though great job guys!

Terrible customer service; Do NOT go here.. The customer service is terrible. They do not return your phone calls. You have to call them multiple times and hound then before you can get someone on the phone. Then they make excuses why they didn't call you back. They do not show up at all when they say they are going to show up and then make up excuses why they didn't show up. We didn't like the way our pool turned out and they pretty much told us that they couldn't do anything about it.

Save yourself the headache. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else where they treat their customers better.

To Whom It May Concern:

Mr. Cody Nichols has been gracious in working with us since the work on our pool was finished. He & his team have attempted to rectify this situation.

We are pleased with the effort Posh pools has put forth to make right on the issues we had with the finished work.

Posh pools is a fair company. If you have any problems with the work they have done. My suggestion having gone through this is to call Cody Nichols (the owner) personally and talk to him. He is a fair man and is willing to work with you to rectify any issues you may have.
