Quiet and quaint, but bad customer service. I have been there a few times, and it is cute but the customer care is awful. I got a reminder email the day before my appointment that I booked a month in advance. I wanted to change it, but the lady that I talked to said there is a 24 hour notice required. I called the day before, the same day I got a reminder email. They should send it 2 days in advance if they don't want you to cancel the day before. She said they would still charge my card if I cancel and then asked me if I wanted to cancel. YES, please charge my card and don't give me the message. That is exactly what I want for Valentine's Day! She didn't even try to work with me! I may just skip the message, loose the money, and never go back and NOT recommend this to all of my friends.…
Lovely Spot. AWA is a beautiful spa with a friendly staff. The facials I've had there have been the best of my life - once I hit my 40's my skin seemed to lose its luster, but after a visit to AWA all is well. It's a quiet, beautiful spot. Now that I think of it, I think I'll call for an appointment now!…
Great Spa.
I have traveled around the world. But I have to say that my best facial was at Awa.
I had a hydrating facial with Karoline, and I have to say that her hands, just took all of my stress away. She is very knowledgeable. She is not your typical Esthetician, who just want you to come in and buy the products and thats it. She actually cares about your needs and concerns.
With my facial, I had an eyebrow waxing, which I have to say, they look amazing.
I am very pleased with her. And I am planing to have a facial every month with her.
Also, if you like teas, they have the best ones!

A great hidden spa.
Awa spa is a great day spa!!! Everyone who works there is amazing!
They made sure that i was confortable, and enjoying everything. I had a couple of treatments, but what made me love this spa was the Esthetician that I had. Her name is Karoline. She gave me the best facial I ever had!!! And the brazilian wax was painless, compared to anywhere else.
I will be back soon!

Exceptional customer service, serene, relaxing, and personable care..
I am a mother of four and was looking for a serene, relaxing, mind-quieting place away from it all.
The thought of spending most of my day in a "sanctuary" was very appealing.
The second I stepped into the cottage and heard the cascading sounds of waterfalls, smelled the pleasant scent of aromatherapy and Ellen greeted me like an expected guest instead of a customer, I knew AWA was the place for me.
I had scheduled a waxing, a therapeutic massage, a manicure and a pedicure.
It was to be my very first time having a "brazilian waxing" and I was very nervous. Karoline was extremely reassuring and explained everything step by step. She made me feel at ease and comfortable.
Karoline is an "old soul" whose wisdom and thirst for enlightenment goes way beyond her years and her caring demeanor can make anyone feel at ease.
Kylie, my masseuse, had small, delicate hands that worked so intricately to relax even the tiniest of my tightest muscles. It made leaving the massage table unbearable.
My pedicure and manicure was performed by Alexandra. She was delightful, caring and detailed-oriented.
The owner, Germaine, was not there, but judging by the "ladies" who were very attentive to my needs, I would say she is all about exceptional customer service and personable care.
I would definitely recommend AWA to all my friends, family, business partners and customers.
I would like to thank all the wonderful "SOULS" at AWA, whom I now consider like family, for making a mother of four feel like the most important person in the world.…
