SB Health & Beauty Day Spa

Worst Spa in South Tampa. This place gives an appearance of professional treatment, but lacks sincere customer service and adept knowledge of different skin types. I went for a waxing service and left scarred and in deep pain. The aesthetician used extremely rough bedside manner and did not apologize nor use soothing cream/gel. I winced in pain as if it were my very first waxing. I tipped her anyway because I believe in tipping.

I ended up with a rash the next day. When I returned to ask about the rash, the woman smugly looked at me and said, "What do you want me to do about it?" I simply inquired about the type of waxe used and she called someone and proceeded to speak in another language right in front of me. That's just rude.

She snapped, "Just use neosporin. It must be your skin because we do this everyday."

I urged her to provide some sort of cream or consolation in a calm voice. She acquiesced and NEVER apologized or made me feel welcome. When I finally walked away with some sample cream, she looked at me with disgust and aggravation.

It's definitely clean and inviting, but that's about it.…

Wonderful Spa Experience!. The spa is clean and inviting. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I booked a full day including lunch, so I got to experience several services. I had an hour massage, a facial, manicure/pedicure and wash/blow dry. This was my first facial, Ivette gave me very good skin care tips as well as local dinner suggestions.

I found SB Heath & Beauty Day Spa on the internet while searching for spas to treat myself to while on vacation in Tampa. The spa has gotten well deserved reviews. I am glad to add my recommendation.…

Ana Maria is the Best Hairstylist in Hyde Park!!!!. I just started going to the SB Health and Beauty Day Spa and made an appointment with ANA MARIA MONTOYA for a new hair style. Let me tell you that I had the best time and hairstyle I have had in the last years. I truly recommend you go visit Ana Maria. I know I will visit her next month for my follow up :)…

HAIR BY ANDREA AT SB DAY SPA!!!!. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO ANDREA FOR A FEW YEARS NOW...AND I HAVE BEEN LOVING MY HAIR EVER SINCE I FOUND HER. i was referred by a friend a few years back and just wanted to say she "rocks my hair out!"... i love the spa as well...very relaxing ...soothing after a long day at work.... everyone is warm and welcoming.....overall i would recommend this spa experience to anyone....and for ur hair see ANDREA..... ;)…
