Self-defense for all ages

I took their COBRA self-defense course, and I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for their mixed martial arts class, so I could continue learning. It's a very positive atmosphere that really helps students succeed. They work with you at whatever level you're at. And as far as fitness, I haven't felt this good in years!
