best thai in tampa. the food was amazing. the service was great. and for desert they give mini reese's cups instead of mints!

the price is incredible too. i will recommend this place to anyone and everyone i can!

(the tofu is GREAT!!! try the tofu appetizer!)

A great Thai place, to sit for a great meal for any occation. I really enjoyed this Quaint, hole in the wall Thai restaurant. The service was great, our host/server was very polite. Nice piano music was playing . The decor was a seemed to honor their culture. As someone who has been to Thailand the cultural experience is a treat for me, I'm glad they hold true to some of that, many don't. And the food was great! Before going to Thai Terrace I looked up ratings here, to find a place that was well liked and was not disappointed. For those looking to save money Thai Terrace is a Very reasonable place for dinner, I don't know what it is like for lunch but you wont be disappointed any time of the day the portions are a good full size....I don't really have anything bad to say about Thai Terrace!!!!

Its defiantly a go! And if you like Thai food go again later too!!!

By far the best Thai food in Florida.. Title basically says it all. I'd give it 10 stars if it were possible. Its the most authentic, best tasting thai food in tampa period. Nothing even comes close. I eat lots of Thai and travel for business and I'd have to say that Thai Terrace is one of the best thai restaurants in the country. #1 end of story.

Best Authentic Thai Foods, Great Price and Exceptional Service. I have been away from Thailand for over 26 years and have been searching for the best authentic Thai restaurant in Tampa. I was not able to find it until many of my friends and co-workers recommended me to try THAI TERRACE Thai restaurant.

I was hesitant at first to try since I have always been disappointed with most of the Thai restaurants in the past for authenticity, quality of foods, poor service and not to mention about prices.

THAI TERRACE just fulfilled my quest for all things mentioned. They offer the best authentic Thai foods with the best quality and service. The prices are very fair. An average dinner dish only costs $8.95; can't beat that for a fine dining restaurant.

Staffs are very friendly and very helpful. If you have never tried Thai foods before, staffs are more than happy to recommend the best dishes to you.

Also, its atmosphere reminds me of home. It is decorated like a traditional Thai house. It feels like you are really in Thailand when you step inside THAI TERRACE Thai restaurant.

Its atmosphere also relaxes you with the decorations, music and lights. You can really wind down from a long day at work or a hectic and busy day.

I highly recommended you to try THAI TERRACE for an authentic Thai dining experience with great Thai foods, exceptional service and very reasonable prices.

Just like its slogan says "Authentic Thai, Authentic Taste".

Authentic Thai food. Authentic Thai food this is the place, as I learn to say while living in Thailand for five months, Aloie Mak Mak or very delicious, I have missed Thai food since I left Thailand in January of 2007 Living there for five months I got to try all kinds of food and I found some favorites, but coming back here food is not always the same or the same name. If you have been to Thailand and had food you never could find again, Thai Terrace is the place to go and ask for food you have had. After trying another restaurant I had e-mailed Thai Terrace to ask if they served cretin dishes I had fell in love with in Thailand and was given helpful information, even asking my fiancee to write what I wanted in Thai to email them and they told me what to order. So the service is as great as the food.

If you want a treat go there and order Tom Yum Num Koon. This has Shrimp but it is a delicious soup. Another favorite of mine is Larb Gai and Sticky Rice, which they have. You might have to ask the hostess to show you how to eat sticky rice. I love the crispy duck on the Chef recommendations; the grilled Chicken is great too. The sampler is awesome and the cucumber sauce for the food on sampler is amazing.

Some people have complained about the size of Thai Terrace and it is a little small but if you go during Saturday at 5 it is not too crowded. I hope you go and enjoy the food as much as I did.
