Great fresh meat deli. I love this place esp the hot pastrami sandwiches. great for luch to go or to stay in. Clean open and great Desserts

Remarkable Catering Event at Block Brothers. I was there for a pharmaceutical catering event and was shocked to find this type of eatery when I walked through the door. The hospitality was impecable and the different courses were great. I was not expecting it to be as fine as it was, it felt as if I were at a really well run establishment, not a Deli. You can attest to that when you visit and open that front door. The space was large enough for about 60 of us to be really comfortable, while watching a slide presntation. Once again I commend a job well Done!!!!

Talk about OVERHYPED. I have tried this place twice based upon the reviews that I have read on here... The food is way over priced, the fries are horrible and over all EXTREMELY AVERAGE.

What great caterting!. AWESOME CATERING! Yesterday my company brought in potential new clients for a lunch meeting and two of our Associates suggested having it catered by Block Brothers. What a great choice! I had been there many times myself in the past for lunch, and knew it was great, but its hard to impress these guys. We received fabulous looking platters of paninis, salads, and desserts that really impressed our clients. They loved the food and were excited to be fed something different from a standard lunch. The next day their President emailed me saying he took his team there to reward them for their hard work and was blown away by not only the food again, but the great atmosphere. They actually signed with us that same day. Thanks Block Brothers! You not only provided us with great food at wonderful prices, you managed to help us win business!

Best gourmet deli in town. I stopped by for lunch at Block Brothers the other day, having heard great things... Wow. I wasn't expecting such a pleasant atmosphere - very nostalgic but trendy with classic rock playing in the background... very cool! I had a cheeseburger and fries, absolutely excellent! And you have to try the gelato. It's the best I've had outside of Italy, no question about it. I asked the manager where they get their gelato, and not suprisingly, it's from an Italian company. No wonder it was so good! Do yourself a favor, even if you live in south Tampa like I do, make the trip, it's worth it!

A place that lives up to its promise. Truly a gourmet sandwich. I didn't try a dessert, but I saw a few as they came out to other tables - I'll be sure one is heading my way next time.

The bread is great, the meat is delicious and it's just a great place - beautiful inside and the food is top notch.
