Not Satisfied!!!. I am not satisfied with the work performed at this location because:

1st: She (Mai) was an hour late getting to me, even tho I had an appointment.

2nd: She informed me when I made the appointment. that she would be one to do my hair, and she did not touch my head at all that day.

3rd: Within 48hrs of being home with my new found micro braids, Braids started to fall out of my head.

4th: A week later when I went to wash and condition my hair I had at least a hand full of braids to come out.

During all of this I was in contact with Mai, who is the owner of the company at first she replaced the braids but after more started to come out we could not to any type of resolution. I tried to make her understand that her part of my investment in the braids did not hold up and that I was very unsatisfied with the quality of work performed. And she had nothing to say. So for anyone looking to get braids, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!! I would not recommend her to braid my dog's hair.
