Gross fish and bad service

EEww I definately would not recommend this place to anybody. I went with some co-workers and was embaressed that I chose this restaurant!! We arrived at 2:00 pm (not a peak hour). One of us chose the fried fish (pescado frito), we were unaware that this would include a side of gills!! (they didn't clean the fish properly obviously as the gills were still there). Our waitress was also very rude; she never once offered any of us a refill on our drinks and if we asked for something she would answer " yeah, I know!"

A Little Jewel

Our hotel recommended the restaurant as being good, but they were wrong - it was excellent. The prices are good for a step above Mexican food and they had Negro Modelo - my favorite beer. I found our later it is an award winner and I would say it compares well with the Mexican restaurants in California. We'll go again when we come back to Florida.

• Cons: The wait, shared parking
