Crowds of couples, teenagers and parents with toddlers press up against the long refrigerated display case at this dessert chain, where a variety of ice creams, frozen yogurts and sorbets are made in-store daily. Customers choose flavors like sweet cream, cake batter or banana, add mix-ins--ranging from candy bar chunks and Gummi bears to hot fudge and peanut butter--then servers mash it all together on a frozen slab of granite.

Ice Cream and fixins' combined on a marble slab while you watch.. We really enjoy the ice cream concoctions made here. The whole idea is that you make an ice cream cone or cup with different flavors of ice cream and condiments. The staff mixes them on top of the marble slab counter before serving. The ice cream is rich and they have suggestions on the wall to help you choose a good combination. We are usually satisfied sharing a medium cup. The prices are average to high and well worth the trip. We sit outside at the tables and watch the cruise ships. Seating inside is limited.
