Terrible customer service-rude manager. Such a disappointment. My first experience at a UPS store. I took in an item to be packed and shipped. I even purchased insurance. Item arrived to my customer broken. This store claims they did not pack...Ultra rude manager had no respect for the consumer. RUN from this place...
