Best Seafood Ever!!!. We had the most amazing dinner at the Maritana Grille. From the moment we were greeted by the valet staff at the "Don" (complimentary when dining in the Maritana), to the top notch service provided by the wait staff, and the incredibly fresh seafood, the experience could not have been closer to perfection.

The horseradish encrusted salmon is their signature dish, but you have to try one of the Chef's nightly specials!

Awesome DInner. Our dinner was absolutely fantastic, service, food, ambiance, the entire dining experience was top notch.

From the moment you arrive it is all about service, the menu is wonderful and it's well worth the price.

The wine list is great as well.

A perfect choice for a big night out--to wow, or woo, your honey.. The Scene
What's not to love about the Don CeSar, the extraordinary pink hotel that has been a landmark at St. Pete Beach since 1928? One of the area's grandest and most recognizable buildings, her massive towers and fancy turrets impart a queenly grace; the broad beach and blue gulf spread below her like a train. Inside, she still sports original Italian marble and priceless crystal chandeliers; if the Don doesn't say "special occasion" what does?



The Food
Since there's an inside aquarium, ordering fish is a natural choice. Try the marmalade-roasted red snapper in mandarin orange vinaigrette served with pea vine salad and sweet potato gnocchi or try the swordfish bathed in a hot haba?ero sauce and accompanied by fresh grilled pineapple. Finish off with the chocolate Tara--a crispy crust topped with Godiva chocolate mousse.
