Great company. I've had this company to my house several times to do various window treatments. I am always please with their work. Pamela Williams is extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. Her husband is one of the most professional installers I've ever had in my home. It is truly a family run business. Rude and Incapable of Customer Satisfaction. I scheduled an appointment to size and order some Hunter Douglas Blinds which cost approximately $500 per window, based on my last home. I hate to make people wait so I left a few minutes early to go meet her, just in case there was traffic. No traffic, so I was a few minutes early and me and my toddler patiently waited for our 11am appointment. The house that we were meeting in is under construction so there's nothing to do there for me nor my toddler...that is, except for making sure he doesn't get hurt with all the construction and junk lying around. Pam, the owner, ended up being 20 minutes late, which meant we sat there for 1/2 hour for her. She didn't say that she was sorry or even introduce herself. I calmly said that if we were going to choose to do business with her, could she please be on time from now on, since this house is under construction and it's hard to wait for long with a toddler here. She immediately walked out and told me to take my business elsewhere. Not only can you not expect this company to respect your time and arrive as scheduled, but due to her actions, I can't imagine how poorly she'd handle any other request if problems arise after you've spent $500 per window! Don't take your chances!…
