I have been going to Suncoast Pilates for 2 months and their instructors are the best I have found. They take the time to show you the correct alignment and form and I always get great workout! Definitely worth trying.
Pros: great instructors, nice studio, small classes, not gym like at all

Suncoast Pilates and Personal Training is an amazing facility. The staff is dedicated to assisting their clients based upon their clients' needs, adjusting as necessary, and accomodating the client. Pat Welter has helped me to lose 80 pounds in the past year, and I am stronger and healthier than I ever imagined I could be. I never felt intimidated, as though I were out of place being so overweight in a workout facility, and all my pilates sessions are geared toward what I can do, not what a book says I should do. I cannot recommend this facility and its staff enough. Whether you want to get into shape, or stay in shape, this is the place to come!
