I had allstate and state farm in the past. It was horrible customer service. Waiting on the phone for customer service especially when you got a claim. So when my policy ended I rushed to find another agent. I wanted somebody local so I can visit their office if something happened. So after getting a lot of referrals from friends I gave gator insurance service a try. I have never looked back since. It's been well over 3 years. Everytime anybody around needs insurance I point straight to here. Local, personal, friendly service. And not to mention it was the cheapest!

Horrible service

I used Gator insurance on Park Blvd to write my homeowner policy. They made several mistakes when writing the policy that delayed me getting the policy written for almost a month due to having to resubmit forms and make corrections. I told them I had insurance and they wrote the policy showing I did not. And the entire time they were very uncooperative, and did nothing but make a lot of excuses and whine. I got passed from one person to the next and each time I had to re-explain the issue.

I would definitely not recommend working with them. It's been nothing but a hassle from the get-go.
