Awful Place To Live

I am writing this email in hopes to save at least one person from making a year-long mistake. This apartment complex is kept up very nice when it comes to the landscape (where probably a lot of your high rent money is going). However, make no mistake, the staff takes little effort to please their current residents. The apartments have cheap everything and the facilities, which may look good to a passerby, is an absolute joke. Then when you decide to leave, they will take as much money as possible from you. I gave them the appropriate notice (and several phone calls to confirm) that I was going to terminate my contract after one year. Then management claimed they never talked to me. I was forced to go to a month-by-month contract ($150.00 fee to do so) and then pay fifteen days of rent (at a higher rate). Then my friend leaves and they are charging her over $100.00 for pet stains in her apartment. She doesn't even have a dog. Trust me, the staff has unethical business standards. Their occupancy rate is declining and they will do whatever possible to raise their profit numbers to their superiors.
