Alina did my hair extensions and i couldnt be happier with them i have very delicate baby fine hair and she always knows exactly what to do with it where many other stylists ive been to didnt. Right away she makes you feel welcome and at ease and is one of the sweetest people youll ever meet. I highly recommend her :)

Seriously, Alina Works wonders with my hair! I've been going to her for a few years to get my hair dyed and colored, and would never go to anyone else. Recently I decided to get extensions because I have always had a hard time growing my hair as long as I'd like. They are absolutely gorgeous! I never thought I could have this much length and volume and still look so natural. They match my hair perfectly and no one can tell that they are extensions. I could not be happier and plan on continuing with them for a long time to come :)

Alina did my hair extensions - and did just a wonderful job!!! My hair is very curly/wavy and I had no idea they were going to look so great - I've had them for about 4 months now, and she did such a great job with matching the color - they look natural - but so much better - lol. I would not hesitate to recommend her!!

I have gotten my hair extensions done by Alina for the past year and I couldn't be happier! I naturally have hair that is a bit above my shoulders, but get the extensions so that my hair is down to the bottom of my back and no one knows it isn't mine! Alina spent a lot of time with me matching the color perfectly to my real hair and going over the proper care. I wear my hair in a lot of different styles, and they are durable and stay in for a solid 5 months before they need a touch up. The pricing is so reasonable, especially for the quality! If you are considering extensions I definitely recommend coming here.

Alina is wonderful. I found Alina thanks to reviews on this site, and I'm really glad I did. She did extensions for me that look really natural and, more importantly, they stay in-- I was amazed that I can even brush my hair without them pulling out.

No tangling either. I am really pleased with the result.

I'm now at three months-plus (!) with my hair extensions and I am still really happy with them. No issues or problems. I've only lost a few, and my hair still looks and feels great. Alina tells me I'll probably be able to keep them looking that way for at least two more months. Thanks, Alina!

Hair Extensions. I had to have the extensions taken out that Alina put in just two months ago. Apparently she positioned the extensions too low in my hair making the hair above the bond start to tangle, causing breakage. I went to another girl named Heather who works at a salon in St. Pete on 4th Street only 1 month after having Alina's extensions placed in and was told that the extensions were placed too low even back then (so they were not low due to my hair growing). Also, looking back on Alina's price, it is decent compared to other prices out there, but still a bit expensive. I was charged $350 to have 75 extensions placed in (total of $550 including hair, which only lasted 2 months). Heather charges $50 per bundle (usually there's 20-25 extensions per bundle) so it costs $150 for the same amount of extensions to be placed in. Finally, Alina told me I can use any shampoo out there on the market, but to be cautious about conditioners, oils, ect. This is only partially true. The biggest factor to consider when purchasing shampoo/conditioner is to look at the ingredients for sulfate-containing products such as Sodium Laureth Sulfate and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. It's extremely important to avoid products with these ingredients, as they can quickly dissolve the bonds, causing the extensions to fall out. Heather was sure to tell me to stick with Sulfate-free products to ensure that my extensions last the appropriate amount of time.

1st impression is the Best!!!. Wonderful 1st experience with this salon ~ I had the pleasure of having Alina as my hair stylist. And I must say I LOVE my hair!!!! Don't be afraid to try a new salon, all of the stylist are fantastic!!

I WILL be a regular!!!

Alina Fowler- Hair Extensions. I have been wearing hair extensions for several years, and have been to a number of different salons and stylists in St. Petersburg and Tampa, as well as tried a number of the different available methods. I have spent anywhere from $550 to $1,000 on work that left much to be desired and left me one unsatisfied customer.

My experience with Alina Fowler at Valentin Hair Studio completely renewed my faith in hair extensions and I left her chair feeling like a celebrity straight off the runway. She took the time to ensure that my extensions were matched perfectly to my hair color and texture, so that I would have a completely flawless transition. My extensions look so natural and blended, that most people (including other hair stylists) don't believe that my hair isn't real! I worked at a wing restaurant and all of the other servers were dying to get hair like mine and most had no idea my hair was even fake. I get compliments every where I go on my hair, and can model all of the popular, trendy styles like the long curls and volume of Jessica Simpson and Kim Kardashian.

Another factor that really made me pleased with Alina's work was her concern for my real hair. She wanted to ensure that the extensions would not interfere with the growth and health of my actual hair (because long hair is after all what I desire). She made sure that the application and positioning of the extensions would put the least amount of stress possible on my real hair growth. She also spent a considerable amount of time instructing me how to properly take care of them.

She also made sure that my extensions would be blended because I wear my hair up in a ponytail a lot (which was a big complaint with the other stylists). Before, whenever I wore my hair up, you could see the individual bonds and it looked tacky and sloppy. With Alina, my hair looks nothing but natural when I put it up or wear certain hairstyles that pull my hair up.

A final and extremely significant factor that Alina nailed was providing me with extensions that did not shed and stayed in my head! It seems like an obvious concern, but every single other stylist I went to put hair in my head that shed like crazy and clogged up vacuum after vacuum. Or else, they just completely fell out and I was left with stringy extensions after just a few weeks.

I couldn't be happier with my results! I recommend Alina for any of your hair needs, and extensions are her specialty! I wouldn't let ANY ONE touch my hair after her. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and has been available for further questions and even to help me find some clip-in extensions for highlight color. Whether you want extensions for a special occasion or for as a long-term investment- Alina is the only choice in this area!!

Great place. I was only here for a day and was really stressed about getting my hair redone. I called last min and they fit me in. The lady I went to, Alina did a great job. I was a litte scaried at firt because the place isnt like top notch or anything but i was plessed with what i got at the price I got. This is a great place to go to last min. and if u are not famil. with the area.
