Get rid of the manager. The food was so so but I will never go back again because of the manager. I think his last name was Fran or something. I just had a simple request to possibly change tables because of the location. The manager came over and was literally the rudest person I have ever come across in a very long time. Im pretty chill and I would never write such a review unless it was deserved. If the owners had any idea how he treats customers Im sure they would just fire him. It was that bad. Im telling everyone I know not to go there because my experience was so unpleasant.

An open kitchen churns out wood-fired pizzas and fresh-made pastas at this casual Sicilian-American chain.. In Short
Decorated with family photos of founders Damian Mandola and Johnny Carrabba, the open dining rooms pack groups of friends and extended families into four- and six-person tables and booths; smaller parties or couples can grab stools at the open kitchen's adjoining bar to watch chefs make dinner. The traditional southern Italian menu offers grill specialties like steak Marsala and fire-roasted chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes; pasta dishes include fettuccine Alfredo and garlic-sauteed shrimp with linguine.

Can't miss here. I love, love, love Carrabba's! There is never a bad item on the menu. The mussels are to die for, as is the lentil soup, the chciken pollo rosa maria and the Fiorucci salad rocks. I have been here at least a hundered time and have enjoyed every meal.

Delicious!!!. I have never had a bad meal here. The food is always delicious and that consistancy is remarkable, especially for a chain restaurant. The chocolate dessert is TO DIE FOR and big enough to split, although this can lead to dueling forks.

The only problem is that when at capacity, it tends to be too loud. But we often go during the week and never have a noise problem. In my opinion, it's not the right place for a "romantic" experience, but IS a great place to dine with friends that has consistantly great food.

Wonderful Dining Experience. We tried Carrabbas for the first time two nights ago and had an excellent dinner. Our waiter was superb, he recommended dishes to us that were not on the menu that were out of this world. We only waited 15 minutes and it was a Friday night, so it doesn't seem to require reservations (maybe if you have a large party). It was truly a wonderful dining experience.
