Avoid using their services at all cost. This company does not communicate and they do not care at all about the buyers when representing the banks on a foreclosure property. They are rude and do not make any effort to make buying a home a good experience. If you can avoid using them I highly recommend doing what ever it takes to stay as far away from these people as possible!…
Hire a lawyer if you hear their name.
One of the worst companies I`ve ever had to deal with! Nobody knows what they are doing. They are just keep promising and promising but nothing gets done! They were just emailing with the agent
talking about us - the buyer - being the dumb, because we don`t know how foreclosures are working. That`s why I kept asking them about it, but never got a normal answer. Only thing I got "we do our best".. Really?
After 3 months I said enough and hired a lawyer. We closed on the house in 1 week!
If you have no other chance and has to go through these people, hire a lawyer ASAP!…
HORRIBLE. If you can get throught to them they never do what they say they are going to. It's a shame companys like this didn't fold in ths crisis.
Beware of Tax Credit on Foreclosure Purchases. They have a neat little trick at New House Title. They will give you the tax credit up to the date you purchase using the Homestead tax rate. But once a house is in foreclosure the county no longer will use that rate so you (the purchaser) are left to pay the adjusted rate for the whole year. Here is my example: The title company gave me approximately $1000 for 261 days they owned it. I got my tax bill and I owe $1250 for 104 days of ownership. The county will tell you take it up with the title company:the title company will blame your buying agent and you as the little guy will be stuck. IF YOU BUY A FORECLOSED HOUSE MAKE SURE THEY CREDIT YOU AT THE TAX RATE WITHOUT HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION.…
How (in any economy) are they still in business?!!.
If only there were a way to give only a fraction of a star! We had everything they wanted days in advance, and they weren't ready on the closing date.
They are now still not ready, we have had to file a petition to extend, and they are demanding that we close on Thursday, not a day sooner or later! What did these guys do with Fannie Mae to earn an exclusive contract?!!!
There's no use in complaining to them. They don't care; they have their contract. Complain to Fannie Mae? Yeah, right! Try complaining to the post office about lost mail and you'll have an idea what that's like.
Freakin' government favoritism!!!…
