Wow. Incredible Food.. We love this place. The food is truly amazing! We love Thai and this rivals some of the best food we've had in New York and Chicago. The service seems to either be nonexistent (we walked out the first time we went after waiting almost 20 minutes for the guy outside to put out his cigarette, get off his cell phone, and take our order) or really good and friendly. The food is so full of flavor, very high quality, although as another reviewer said, the portions are a bit on the small side. The staff is also good about making substitutions, especially for vegetarian items. Highly recommended!

WOW THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!. The service was so bad it was like her face would crack if she smiled. First time there and we asked what came with the dinner and she looked at us like we were stupid and said rice. The food had no flavor - it was suppose to be spicy per the menu and usally they ask you at Thai restaurants how much spice you like this one didnt bother...anything we asked was like it was bothering her. The portions were small less than average and spread over the plate to make it look like you had some food on a large plate. Prices were ridiculous in comparision to the portions. Once food was brought the waitress didnt even bother to check on us and then I asked another waitress for more to drink and it bothered her to and all she had to say was 'EXTRA CHARGE" FOR THAT....really?? It was a fountain drink? I can't stand when places nickel and dime you..or when the service SUCKS. Seriously, the only nice person in this place is the kid that brings the food. Then to top of the seriously bad service - The only reason I went to this place was because I got a $25 coupon from restaurant com and apparently that coupon says they WILL ADD 18% Gratutity...it it turns out I saved nothing with the gratutiy added for the non-existence service.

Love Love Love. Best Thai Red Curry this side of Seattle. The service is fantastic, the food is amazing. Prices are good. My wife ONLY ever gets the Pad Thai - try it - it is so worth it.

Great Thai Food!. I have had a lot of Thai food, and Thai Ruby is one of the best Thai restaurants I've been to. Any dish I've tried has been great. If you like tofu, try their vegetarian dishes.

Excellent Thai Food in Tampa Palms. This was my first time trying Thai food and I must say, I loved it. We ordered the dish sampler, the duck and the salmon. The dish sampler was mainly shrimp tempura, spring rolls, and crab ragoon with 2 different dipping sauces (one of which had peanuts in it). The boneless duck was covered in a sweet & sour sauce. It was tender, moist and just delicious. The salmon was covered in a satay sauce (coconut milk and peanut butter) over a bed of vegetables. Both, entrees were accompanied by Jasmine rice.

They have lots of spicy foods, as well as, non-spicy, vegetarian and macrobiotic entrees.

With generous portions and entree prices ranging anywhere from $6 to $20.

A hidden jewel in Tampa Palms. This is a Thai restaurant I just love. Excellent food, an intimate cadre, nicely decorated. Perfect to invite some friends or a visiting guest with whom you want to talk. A 5 minutes ride from USF. The spicy soups and curries are delicious. In fact, almost every dish I tried was excellent.

Very Good Thai Food. This is one of my favorite thai restaurants. There is hardly ever a wait to get a table even on a busy Saturday. The service is excellent and the food is great. They have, by far, the best chicken curry I have ever had. I highly recommend this place.

Great Thai hidden in Tampa!. The food is great and service is fast and friendly. I've tried many Thai restaurants and this is one of my favorites esp. here in Tampa. Much better than Thai Tani, the view Isn't as great but the price and quality makes up for it!
