Elegant Banquet Hall!. The Bayanihan Arts and Events Center is a classy banquet hall suited for wedding receptions, conventions, parties, concerts meetings and other events. I was the best man for my buddy's wedding ceremony and reception there and I must say this place is perfect for any occassion!
