New Port Richey Location. The New Port Richey Beef O'Brady's in Mitchell Ranch Plaza is a complete waste of time. Service is slow, as they assume everybody is there to watch tv. Fine if you are, frustrating if you're not. The food has been below average all four times I've been there, usually bland and greasy. There are several better options around for similar food and atmosphere. The Varsity Club on McMullen Booth Road comes to mind.
