Great place for high quality service. I was on my way to Panera Bread to meet my family for lunch and had a few packages I needed to ship out so I swung into The UPS Store to get a quote on what it would cost. It was a large box, and their quote was actually $30 cheaper than FedEx! As for the staff, I don't know where the negative comments came from. I found the people at The UPS Store to be extremely helpful and they were very active in helping me find the cheapest way to get my package there in time. I highly recommend anyone in the south Tampa area to use this store.

Good Guys. I was skeptical of this store after reading these reviews. I went anyways because they were close by me. I went in there and they saved my day. I had a huge document job I brought it in that morning and they called me with it ready. They went above and beyond by organizing it and even added coiled binding for only $10 for the whole thing. I cant believe it. My copies turned out great for my job. I reccomend this store.

Bad place to do business. this is the worst and most expencive store in South Tampa.I don't even know how they are in business.I made some color copies and they really bad and than they charge me so much money to pack a box.Just stay away from this store.What a rip off!!!!!!

complaint about denis. ups has sent my package to the wrong country, after many days of waiting and frustration, i called the ups store on howard to check the status of my lost package (i paid ups $218 to ship it overseas), denis answered the phone and has been only rude and impolite with me, he even treated me like if i was asking for a favor, this is has really been the worst experience i've had with a shipping company. because of denis i will not use ups ever again just not to be so humiliated by a ups employee.
