We are from New York and moved to Odessa, FL a year and the half ago. We were constantly looking for Good Quality Seafood Restaurant and we finally found it. The Food is Amazing and the Quality is Superb. We have tried many different restaurants that pretty much charge the same price for Seafood, BUT, they are not even close and far away from what we get from Splash. We usually take out being extremely busy and I just call in and order my Favorites and sometimes something that they may have as a special for that day or week. It is Always Delicious and I just can't wait for my husband to bring the food home. I just feel sorry we are a bit far from Splash, as otherwise, we would order every day. Good Quality Seafood is not easy to make and takes a lot of effort. I know this because I am seafood lover and tried many Restaurants in New York. I can tell you that Splash is a Winner in this neighborhood and there is no better place to invest your money in to good quality meal. Their food is as good as in Finest Restaurants in Manhattan, Trust me, I know.

Food was just OK; same with the service. We have been wanting to visit this restaurant for a long time based on the positive recommendations, but found the food to be just "OK", not very remarkable. The filet mignon was cooked properly but the quality of the meat was poor (pasty; suggesting a frozen steak, not fresh). The asparagus was drowning in hollandaise sauce and was undercooked. My wife had the seafood choppino and the sauce was very oily (left a red-tide film over everything). The mojitos were good, and so was the wine. Our server was OK, but he was better suited to Beef o Brady's than a formal dining restaurant (with all the "hey buddy", "cool dude" comments, and continued back slaps...not trained very well). The manager who brought out our food had our order backwards (really? there are only two of us and you can't remember who got what dish?) Spash! is overrated...better choice is across the street at Vines (better food and much better service).

We always have a good meal, but i want to thank you for the great time our Brandeis lunch bunch had on November15th. the ladies loved the birthday greetings on the table cover and the confetti. we also loved the greetings on the top of the menu and the fact that you used our Brandeis logo.

The atmosphere was great, the food was unbelievable, abd everyone made us feel like we were extremely important to the success of your restaurant. We noticed each personal touch.

The waiters are excellent as they know the service end of their business (technical) but also have terrific personalities and a sense of humor (social). In my opinion, it's their personality that makes for a great evening out for dinner.

We don't dine out too often at home because we travel so much during the week and have to eat out during our trips. But when we do eat out at home, Splash is always at or near the top of our list primarily because you have somehow developed an atmosphere and culture that results in CONSISTENTLY outstanding food and service that we don't find anywhere else!

service was good the food was over priced, Almost $200 for a party of five. Redlobster would have been a better meal. A want to be restraunt that does not deliver.
