Authentic Korean Cuisine!. I am so happy to have this near to where I live because as most people know Korean food is hard to find here, much less good Korean Cuisine. The dishes there are pretty good especially the Pork Buglogi and Galbi (short ribs) if your into the standard Korean food scene. However they also have some very authentic Korean dishes as well and if your really into Korean food then you will love the in-table hibachi grills in one area of the restaurant. Beer selection is very good also and includes some hard to find beers as well (Hite) for one. The restaurant has a very nice and attentive staff that caters to diners needs promptly too and most if not all speak Korean. Ginza also has a great selection of sushi to order and Japanese cuisine on the menu as well. if you happen to like deals then Ginza is for you with a good portion of their menu available for a very reasonable all you can eat price for lunch most weekdays and a bigger selection for dinner Thursdays through Saturday also for one low all you can eat price. If you like your food spicy they have a lot of dishes that offer you a choice of your heat range and can usually be adjusted to suit your tastes.Ginza's Korean sides (kimchi) are very fresh as are the other assorted sides that come with almost every Korean entree ordered. Overall Ginza is about the best Korean / Japanese restaurant around with this type of genuine Korean cuisine and especially for ones money.

Pretty good experience.... Had the Hwe Dup Bap, the rice bowl with sashimi. It was huge and well made. I should have added some sesame oil. As for the side dishes, I was a little disappointed in the selection. The kimchi tasted like it was watered down and not as spicy as it should be. That actually worked out better for me. However, there should have been another side dish. I'm a little spoiled since the Korean restaurants I have gone to provide one or two additional side dishes.

Not only sushi but also Korean food. This is a place that was recommended by my Korean friend. When I drive to find this place I was surprise because the place seems to emphasis on Japanese (sushi) food. So that is why this restaurant is under category Japanese not Korean.

So if you have come to this place and love their sushi, try their Korean food! It is awesome! I love Pork Bulgogi (but caution this pork bulgogi is very HOT(spicy)!), Del Sot Bi Bim Bap (Rice with many different things inside on the hot stone), Galbi (marinated ribs grilled), and not to mention their side dishes that come along with the food is awesome (including the kim chi). The meat is fresh and so tender! If you dont like spicy try to order the Beef Bulgogi (marinated beef grilled) one!

Enjoy!
