Wolf in Sheeps skin. This porterty is the worst managed I've ever lived at. We were promissed a club house and when we signied our lease we find out clubhouse has been closed over a year and not to be reopened. QUOTED "It's not in our budget". So it sits empty because kids that don't live at the facility came in and wrecked it. We have camera's and security gates but none of them work. The pool area is a rough unsafe hang out each and every night.Alcohol is the main attraction even though it is prohibited. Management is is in the know but is not interested in fixing it. Moving to management. Leasing agents lie and tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign the lease. Our property manager is in no way a qualified employee. Our problems here fall on death ears you can complain as much as you want and all your going to get from the property manager is "it's the first time it's come to my attention" and "it's not in my budget". In a nut shell it looks like a quaint property safe ,quite ,secluded, but trust me BEWARE it is just the opposite.

Thumbs down!!. This complex is utterly the worst. You have to ask several times to have something repaired before it actually happens. If a problem occurs, they blame it on your neighbors. The staff is completely RUDE. The manager has no managing skills and cannot handle confrontation. The pool is never locked so ever person in westchase brings their family to the pool so there are never any chairs available to those who pay rent. Also for the size of the complex, they have a total of 10 lounging chairs. You have to camp out overnight to be able to go to the pool the next day. These are just a few things wrong with this place. The list gets longer and longer. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I cannot wait until my lease is up.
