bad customer service. Wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Bogus cancellation policy. Rude customer service. I should have known better when I saw that the sales staff out numbered the fit staff.

Old, dirty, rude unprofessional instructors. I just moved here and joined lifestyle fitness in Sarasota. This club was clean and new. When I moved down to Tampa Palms I found this club in Tampa Palms dirty, old and the people rude. The instructors are all burned out. THe classes are crowded with unfriendly, non professional people. The instructors and staff are unprofessional. The equipment is old and not maintained. The spinning classes are terrible. The bikes are old and broken. I would advise either going around the corner to the YMCA or to LA Fitness down Bruce B. downs. These facilities are well maintained and professionally staffed. You have to be very careful with the criminal activity going on involving personal trainers. The YMCA is very clean and the staff is professional and well educated. LA Fitness is also better maintained and the staff again is of a higher caliber.
