Beautiful and great place to go!. I've been going to Serenity Salon and Spa for about a year. I have never had a bad experience and have tried several stylists. They are higher priced than some competitors, but with the quality of work, cleanliness, and staff, I feel it's worth it! Parking can sometimes be tricky, but it's simply limited, not a turnoff to the salon itself. Overall, I would highly recommend this salon.…

Are you kidding????? I've been going to Serenity since it opened and have also received several Brazilian waxes and I have nothing but good things to say about the girls that work there. I can say
that the waiting area is a little cramped, etc... but overall I've never had a bad experience there. I've also been to several salons and spas across the country and I think they are right up there with the best of them. Well, we all have opinions, but I definitely give them a great rating.

DON'T DO IT!!!. What a horrible exprience! If you're thinking about getting a Brazilian or getting highlights DO NOT go to Serenity Spa. I have been waxed before at both Bliss Spa and J Sisters in NY and I have never been tortured like that. They don't use hard wax and the girl repeatedly went over the same area again and again-can you say skin loss and rash???? Not to mention I got highlights that I had to get fixed the next day because sections were left orange!!…
