Great Service at Cell Specialists! Fast & Effective. I have a great experience at Cellphone Specialists Cell phone repair!! I brought in my iPhone when the screen shattered after it fell of my hands! Every representative was very helpful in getting my phone fixed in the less time possible. Juan Pablo, the store manager followed up with me after service was completed to ensure that my phone was working perfectly and I had everything I needed. I will recommend Cell Specialists not only for cell phone repair, but also, they always have great prices on the newest phone technology and accesories. Thank You Cellphone Specialists!

best service ever!- looks icky outisde. This crummy looking tiny strip center has some incredibly knowledgeable people there. The service is superb & we save $$ by not having to pay their rent in a mall!

I'll never go anywhere else. They helped me twice with a phone I didn't even buy from them which was a very nice thing to do.

Repairs for Tmobile My Touch. Jose was very professional and friendly and treated all the customers in the store like they were special and he was there to help them in any way. He repaired the cracked glass on my My Touch flawlessly and for the quoted price. T Mobile had told me I had to purchase another $500 phone or pay $170 and sign a 2 yr contract, or utilize the ins. I was paying $6 a month for and still pay $150. I cancelled the worthless ins. and saved $6 a month and Jose repaired the phone ( looks brand new) for $120!!

PREMIER EXPERT PROFESSIONAL CELL REPAIR SERVICE. New Motorola V3: Full Rate CODEC. Chrome "knuckle", (hinge pin) fell out. Pushed it back in and tore the "Flex Cable" Phone frozen in speakerphone mode. During "reset" proceedure , recommended by seller, beverage spilled near by phone. Now both LCD's failed. Found Cell Specialists on (ASK) Emailed and explained problems. Resultantly sent "Moto" with a USPS money order to cover basic service charge. Cell Specialists Emailed when my phone was recieved; when troubleshooting complete, (no liquid damage); when repair was performed; and when "Moto" was sent back with the tracking number. Recieved "Moto" the following morning. Works SUPER!!!!

The whole thing took 3 days. I'm THRILLED BEYOND REASON. Cell Specialists stepped in where Seller was reluctant, (due to possible liquid damage, voiding warranty).

Cell Specialists, "Walk On Water" when it comes to Cell Phone repair And "Writes The Book" on Customer Service, Workmanship Quality, Honesty and Professionalism. 100% Positive Recommendation

An honest cell phone repair company. Forget the other cell phone repair shops that have been around the USF area for a while.

These guys are kind, polite, consistent & the place is clean. The present an honest assessement of your problems & fix it while you wait.........Thank you to a "Craigs List" user who wrote a summary of this location..............

Best cell repair place hands down. All these other reviews are the same of how i feel. Excstatic about this company. I have the 2g iphone and did lots of research to find where i can get it repaired at a fair price. Trust me this is the only place. For the price it costs you to send it off over the internet and lose your phone for a week, the Cell Specialists can do it probably in one day, cheaper, AND give you a guarantee. That Guarantee came in handy as i needed to get my screen re replaced.Waled, San Marcos and his crew went way above and beyond the minimum requirements to fix my phone These guys are the real deal and i was fortunate to come across their store here in Tampa. I have friends sending over their iphones from Iraq to get repaired by these guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I agree with the other review, they are great.. I was a little apprehensive about sending my phone away, but these guys changed my mind. They keep in contact with you and let you know whats going on and they are fair. I had a night mare with another service in the same zip code but do not confuse them with the cell specialist, they are the best! Kelly-in Lake Worth

You r the ones out n the 4front. Doing all that it takes to please and show nothing but love to the customers. I want you to know that you are well respected in the community and the suburbial areas of Tampa. I live in Valrico and I go above and beyond to get my phones serviced there with you guys (all five of them). Aways assisting with a smile and doing all they can to please. As for the lady who would take a new Blackberry Pearl for a phone that did not work, well you should have took the Pearl. That is a nice phone I have one and I just keep upgrading in the Blackbery family. Once you have a Blackberry you want nothing but the best. And I know these guys are on point when it comes to cutomer service.
