Best there is !. As someone from Scotland who has grown up with Indian food. I can heartily recommend Ajanta. It is without doubt the best Indian restuarant in Tampa Bay. To start with, try the Aloo Papri Chat apetizer, follow up with Butter Chicken and Garlic Nan, finish off with some delicious rice pudding.
