I will never go there again...Snobby waitress, poor customer service...... Where do I start?

In 2004, this place was good. I went there one time during vacation and found the service excellent, the waitress friendly.

Forward to September 2006. First, our waitress brought us menus and our beers. Then forgot about us for 15-20 minutes. She was apologetic atleast. By this point, we had decided to just have a beer and find someplace else to eat.

On our way out, the manager told us that the following day they had Happy Hour from 2-6, featuring Peel and Eat Shrimp for 50 cents each, order as many or few as you like.

So the following day, we return just before 5, all set for that Peel and Eat Shrimp at Happy Hour.

Our waitress was very snobby. We inquired about the Happy Hour Peel and Eat...she told us there was no such special. We asked her to check into it, explaining what we were told the day before. She was very agitated by this and rude in her reply. Needless to say, we were not happy with this and ended up dining elsewhere.
