The phrase, "you can't teach an old dog new tricks" never has been more true than with Shelley Brooks. She didn't seem to listen to anything I said; probably because the whole time she was talking on the phone trying to hook up her girlfriends with some guy. I was absolutely appalled with her professionalism and the way that she carried herself. Overall, I loved the charm of the salon, and the staff seemed really friendly and I would consider coming back and going to someone else. I went well over 6 months ago, my experience was just that painful that I couldn't let her slide by without speaking up.

Great service everytime.HIGHLY RECCOMEND. I have been going to Shelly for several years. She is awesome. Always willing to bend over backwards to get me in when I am in a jam. Very creative and the prices are extremely reasonable considering the quality of the work.

Best Highlights and Cuts in Clearwater. My stylist is Travena and I have followed her where ever she has gone throughout the years. I love her creative talents with color. I get highlights and lowlights and normally change my cut 3-4 times a year. She consistantly gives me great results, so much so that I have people ask me all the time "who does your hair". If you are looking for value and quality go to her. The salon is very friendly and clean. My daughter gets her hair done by Travena as well. She gets extensions and she is definitely the best price around for extensions. We shopped around and they are very expensive but she is extremely fair and my daughter has had absolutely NO problems with her extensions. Hope this helps someone who may be searching for a great stylist.
