Forget them!. I started contacting the facility at around 930 for a simple question (ur fax # pls?) and its 430 and they havent even answered the phone. wat if i were a pt. will i b treaqted the same...

NorthWest Family SUCKS. This place is only out to get as much money out of you as they can. If they have to fabricate billing items they will do it. Money is the name of the game - YOUR MONEY

Been a patient for years. I've been a patient here for 15 years or so. Like any group of people there are good days and not so good days. But I have never had a bad experience and overall I have found the staff here to be caring and concerned. Dr. Cromer is awesome. I have no doubt that I am alive due to his caring, attentive nature. I understand he has a business to run, and I find myself wanting to spend more time with him. But he does an excellent job with the time I do spend with him. I am sorry to see that some folks have had some bad experiences, but I think you have to look at the whole picture as I have over the years. I hope they continue to serve us for many years.

Northwest Family Medical Ctr is Horrible. I have never seen such rude staff and medical staff in my 50 yrs..

Talk about HIPAA violations to boot.

The receptionist at the front sign in window announced my very personal health information reasons for my Dr. visit to the whole waiting room... i was humiliated!

Then the office manager yelled at me about my Insurance having changed and my co-pay being different.

I had wanted to talk to Kelly Dunn (Nurse Practitioner) over the phone before my visit but she wouldn't retrun my call.

Needless to say my family has changed Primary Care physicians. I will not give any more of my or my inusrance's money to that inept office.

The waits were extremely long any way.

Good riddance!

Northwest Family Medical- SUCKS!!!!!. I wish they would fire their HORRENDOUS office staff; maybe they'd get more business!!!! Service is absolutely awful every time I go. The phone will ring 20 times before it is answered too. I wish the DR. cared too! Two thumbs down!

I wish my doctor cared
