BAD. Wish I had read all of the reviews before I signed on the dotted line and gave them access to my account. BOGUS cancellation policy. Awful customer service. I had to pay my bank to stop payment.

Horrible Experience.
While this gym has decent equipment, the whole sales approach is a rip-off. You can sign-up at the gym, but you can't cancel there! To cancel (or even downgrade) your membership, you must call a special number -- where you are put on hold for 20 minutes and then told that no one can answer your call and please leave a message. This happens EVERY time you call this number! The only other way to cancel is to send a certified letter. This company is such a rip-off -- they make it so easy to sign up and so hard to cancel.
Do yourself a favor an go somewhere else.
