Not trustworthy

We purchased a futon here in July, when the salesperson promised delivery within 10 days. 10 days later, there was no futon and no explanation. I called them a few days after that, when the salesperson told me that the futon was backordered and won't arrive for another week. At the end of THAT week, no futon and no explanation again. Futon didn't arrive until another two weeks after that...but that's not the end of the story!

Now that the futon is here, we realize that they sent us the standard 8" mattress instead of the upgraded 10" for which we paid an additional $150. As of right now, I am fighting for a refund of this amount...I'm not optimistic about the outcome.

BOTTOM LINE: Buy your futons elsewhere. A futon is a futon, and these guys DEFINITELY DO NOT deserve your confidence.
