THEY BOTH DO IT, BUT TOU CAN REFUSE OR SUE. I Disagree. I HAVE USED BOTH WALLERS AND CHOO-CHOO LAWN EQUIP. WALLERS OFTEN TRIES TO GET PERSONAL INFO FROM CUSTOMERS TO BUILD A DATA-BASE ON THEM TOO. YOU ARE RIGHT IN NEVER GIVING OUT PERSONAL INFO TO RETAIL PLACES, ITS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS. EITHER JUST REFUSE TO GIVE IT TO THEM OR GIVE THEM FAKE INFO. I CAN'T BELIEVE CHOO-CHOO REFUSED YOUR BUSINESS FOR NOT GIVING IT TO THEM ON A CASH SALE. MIGHT BE GROUNDS FOR A LAWSUIT !!!

Choo Choo Invades Your Privacy. Went to choo choo today to buy 2 nuts for my chainsaw. They asked if they could have my phone number, I said no. They said they had to build a profile of me in their computer or they couldn't sell me the 2 nuts. I said they don't need my personal info for a cash purchase and they refused to sell me the nuts without it. I left and went to their competition, (WALLERS) in Plant city and walked out with the 2 nuts for $1.80 and they didn't request my personal info. I will never go to choo choo again. They invade your privacy, BEWARE !!
