Really BAD Service

I went during my lunch hour and after waiting 40 min, inquired on the food. My waiter said that due to several people coming at the same time, they are a little behind. I look around and there were 2 other tables in the restaurant. I finally had to ask to get my food to go after 50 min because I was out of time. I went back to work hungry and hurried up to eat. Spent $13 without tip for a pasta dish that used to be $7 when they had a lunch menu. What a rip off....That is definitely the last time I go there. Food is descent but not worth the aggravation!
- Pros: So so food
- Cons: Can't cook for 3 tables within an hour

Blah Food at too high a price...

Based on neighbors recommendation I went to try this place. Anyone who thinks this place is great has no pallette. The "special" wing sauce is KC Masterpiece or a generic clone and the sauces on both the pastas I tried definitly came out of a bag (Sysco). The chicken that was served tasted like pressed chicken although i am not sure it was. The only way this place is the "best in town" is if its the only place in town. PS - prices are way to high for this generic food...
- Pros: Plenty of parking and no wait
- Cons: Processed Meat, pre-packaged sauces

My wife and I eat there at least twice a month! The food and service never dissappoint!
- Pros: The Best Italian Food in town
- Cons: Menu might be too limited for some
