RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! The lady was running an hour behind schedule.. She had 3 brides waiting on her. When I got there I was not greeted. I had to go there 3 times! The hem was not done right the first time.. Things that I requested and was told would be done were not. Then she caught an attitude with me when I mentioned it. And started to raise her voice at me saying I was not listening to her.. In my eyes reguardles where I am or go the customer is ALWAYS right! This day/time was not special at all.. I felt like I was bothering her because I wanted MY wedding dress to be perfect on my special day and she did not want to fix it. I was there for almost 2 hours and got maybe 10 minutes with her and most of that time she was too busy getting an attitude with me.

AMAZING EXPERINCE: TAKE YOUR DRESS THERE!!

Annette and Shear Elegance Alterations are amazing. The work she does is impeccable. The cost is fair, much lower then anyone else for the quality. If you need bridal alterations and are in the Tampa area then you would be crazy not to go to Shear Elegance. If you want to be treated like a Queen on your big day, then go to Annette. She is truly the best - experienced, does quality work, and is a joy to work with!

Shear Elegance made me feel like a Queen on my special day!!. Purchased my gown through Jon's Bridal and I was fortunate enough to be recommended to Annette, the owner of Shear Elegance for alterations and fittings. I lost weight due to my anxiousness, and Annette is the best EVER! She worked with me with my weight loss, kept altering until I had the absolute perfect wedding dress. I cannot be happier! Thank you so much Annette, your talent for alterations exceeded my expectations! Will send you pictures soon!

BEWARE: DON'T GET YOUR DRESS ALTERED HERE!. Beware. After being lied to by Jon's Bridal about dress alterations. We were robbed by over $200 for alterations for a dress, just for fitting.

Why would I say robbed? Because Anette butchered the wedding dress to a point it is unwearable. Some sections were even ripped. Denied doing anything wrong and obviously refused to give us our money back.
