Downhill. The place was great until new owner took over. Changed staff(had a great bartender). Place has no character anymore.

Take the family or a group of friends. My kind of place. Comfortable dress code to go with a comfortable atmosphere. Have a cold drink on the roof. Recommend a basket of onion rings for a family appetizer.

I usually have the wings at Ferg?s, the sister restaurant in St Pete. But the blackened Mahi Mahi sandwich was very good.

OUTSTANDING. My wife and I were left with the best impressions of this great little place. The food was in large portions and very good, the fish bowl drinks were not watered down and the atmosphere was true to the area. Off the beaten path enough to avoid a large tourist crowd, and servers were awesome. I recommend Phils to anyone visiting the area or for the locals that have yet to discover it. We now make it a "must do" when we are in the St Pete area.

Best Selection on beach. Great food.... very good variety. COLD BEER.... Great fishbowl drink. Peel n eat shrimp to die for.... boneless wings too
