The Scene The cafe is located just adjacent to the Pinellas Trail, and some of its patrons ride or bike to Dunedin and stop for refreshment at the Cafe Alfresco. CAFE ALRESCO...YES!!!!

I live on the West Coast (S.F.area) and have just purchased a condo on the causeway. I hadn't seen Main Street on my first trip to buy and was in heaven when I did. Cafe Alfresco is wonderful. I had the seafood (crab, shrimp, cheese) which came with thinly sliced fried potatoes (Ask for them crispy!) and my friend had some type of eggs Benedict which was fantastic too! I can hardly wait to move in Sept. 2008 and visit Cafe Alfresco again! I know this is going to be one of my regulars! The service was good, and the outside glassed-in room was a pleasure in which to eat! Haven't tried the desserts yet, but they look much better than the average pastry...they have the appearance of what you'd buy in a Patisserie! Go there and enjoy it!
- Pros: Delicious, great wait staff, priceless town!
- Cons: They could have served toast with it.
