Nice park but very EXPENSIVE

Lovely park central to everything but very expensive and monthly fee increases every year. The 3 lakes are not maintained. Grass and leaves end up on the bottom (UGH) creating a stinky mess ... an eyesore. Lakes are never cleaned out.

• Pros: quiet, safe, central to everything
• Cons: expensive, lake problems
