28.132627 -82.741006Poor Customer Service; Broken Contract. I placed a deposit down on a vehicle and was scheduled to pick it up the following day after it was detailed. When i went to pick it up, they informed me that there were some mechanical defects with the car and if they repaired them, then they would not make a profit and were no longer willing to sell me that vehicle for that contract price. Ridiculous!!!! They are only in to make a profit and do not care about their word, their reputation, a contract, or the customer's safety. Do not deal with these people. It doesn't matter that they have been in business for 20 years, how many unsatisfied customers have they had is my question.
Best Experience buying a Car Ever. I have purchased quite a few high end cars in my lifetime, but never sight unseen. I recently decided on a Dodge Viper. I found a 08 Dodge coupe on Exotic Motorcar's website for a very fair price. Due to business obligations, I was unable to make the trip to FL. However, the deal was so good I couldn't pass up, so I had the car shipped to my home without ever seeing it. The car came in exactly in the condition stated, perfect!! The salesman stayed in touch with me the entire time, updating me on the status of the transaction. Several weeks after receiving the car, I noticed small amount of oil seeping from the oil line to the oil cooler. I had the car fixed at Ferrari of New England and when I called Exotic Motorcars, Peter paid for the entire repair without question. I love my new Viper, and I will definitely buy another car from Exotic Motorcars when I'm ready for my next toy.
Scam artist and Con Artist - ditto - I totally Agree. I purchased a 1994 FortdThunderbird from Exotic Motorcars. I told Cesar that I needed a reliable vehicle to drive back and forth to work with. I was told by Cesar the vehicle was in perfect running condition. When I drove the car from Tarpon Springs to Bradenton it broke-down over the Sky Way Bridge. I had to have it towed to a mechanic. Mechanic told me the vehicle had blown gaskets and other problems and it wasn't worth repairing. I wrote letters to Peter Nasr, the owner asking him to please repair the vehicle or just take it back and give me my money back. He ignored my phone calls and letters. The vehicle now sits in my parent's garage and I am paying the loan on a vehicle that is inoperable.
Scam artist and con artist. If you wanna get rip off this is the place to go. I lost my deposit here $2000 dollars. The owner name is Peter and the salesman is Teddy, both are good con man. After the loan wasn't approve for the car I wanted, They refused to refund my deposit and give me the run arounds. They told me if the loan don't go through, then I will get a full refund. That didn't happen. i lost my money and end up with no car. Make sure you have everyhing in writing.
best in the Business.
I have bought 3 cars, S-Class Benz, c30 Benz (kompressor) and a BMW 530-I and recommended several of my co-workers who have bought nice cars.
Sale pitch is real comfortable, they don't try to harassed you and give you many option of clean, well performance cars.
I will be doing business with them soon this year, with a trade in for a GL SUV (Benz)or a Range rover.
Good selection of cars like candy on a shelf some time you don't know which one to choose, So I just buy the first one my kids or wife likes, prices are best in the business, and they will beat any price.
Make sure you get everything in writing!. Let me start with I love my car. It is in great condition, but then why shouldn't it, it only has 14,000 miles on it, almost a baby! I bought it for my birthday and I was so excited that I just BOUGHT IT! I was told it probably still had a warranty. It didn't, (that cost me 1800. to get a warranty) I wasn't givin a second key or the cover for the convertible. When I call the next day and asked them for it, they said that they were still waiting for the orginal owner to bring it in and once they did they would call me. Well that was in April and now its end of August. I'm called them in the beginning almost every other day and the last time I called I was told they were sorry but couldn't make the old owner bring it in.. So guess what!, I'm stuck trying to get a new key, remote and cover. All of which adds up to about $1000. Like I said, I do love my car, but I should have gotten it in writting that they were to either get ahold of the missing stuff or replace the items themselves.
